I had the carpaccio for starter which was nice but the Parmesan was too strong with the carpaccio for my taste it drowned out the taste of the meat. The chicken pate was fantastic and while the scallops were cooked to perfection compared to the other starters there wasn't much too it. We nearly all had steak and all thoroughly happy and I have stated this before on other reviews but I love steak and this was a beast! Stuffed after but it was cooked to perfection. We were accidentally given the wrong dessert menus half of us got different options and most people wanted what wasn't available; the toffee and hazelnut pie with homemade marshmallow on top. The chef very kindly said he would make it for us and my husband said it was the best dessert he had ever had. Enough said".
The Slí Dala Restaurant is open all week from 6.00pm to 8.30pm (9.00pm on Friday/Saturday), a Four Course Menu is priced at only €45pp. A sample Menu is outlined below, this changes daily. We also have a Two Course option available for €38pp.
